
Launched in 2007, SI2 Solutions was founded by a team of experienced technology industry veterans to create the leading global technical support serving companies of all sizes. SI2’s management, administrative and finance team has been together since 1985.

The SI2 Solutions Team
Ralph Riddle, President
Ralph is the President of SI2 and has been since its founding in 1996. His responsibilities involve managing the overall operations of SI2, leading the Customer Care and Employee Care groups.
During his tenure as President of SI2, Ralph has overseen the national rollout of 250 Windows Servers for the Social Security Administration, created a nationwide desktop services team and managed a rollout of hundreds of Windows servers for Arinc, deployed a desktop and help desk support team for Vancouver International Airport and has worked with hundreds of small businesses that has given him a range of experience to evolve SI2’s offerings into the current TechAssist Solution that can scale from the smallest of startup businesses to the largest of enterprises.
Ralph attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland in St.Mary’s City, MD with course work for a degree in Economics.
On the personal side, Ralph resides in Annapolis with his wife Bess, his two daughters Marion and Ella. He is a member of St. James Parrish and coaches Lacrosse for the Anne Arundel County Youth program. Also, Ralph has a passion for fishing and races sailboats at a national level.
His charity and community work extends to SI2. Working with his wife Bess to formally organize the charitable giving program, – SI2 makes annual contributions into a foundation that serves select charities.
Lou Stevens, Manager of Customer Care
Lou joined the SI2 team in 2008 and as Manager of the Customer Care Division. He is responsible for customer relations, business development, project management and resource allocation.
During his brief time here at SI2, Lou has been responsible for all customer engagements and is responsible for founding the dedicated customer care role for SI2. He has worked tirelessly to expand the roles and responsibilities for his team to cover every aspect of the customer care lifecycle. Lou has lead the charge for advanced technical training. Additionally, Lou developed a program to improve technicians “deskside manner”. Lou established the new billing process which has given our customers more accurate and timely invoices so they can better manage their IT investment. He is key member of the executive team being working with all facets of the SI2 operations to better serve our customers and maximize each customer care relationship.
Lou’s commitment to customer service has been a priority throughout his career. Prior to SI2, Lou was the Business Development Manager for Surface Technologies. During his 13 year tenure with Surface Technologies, Lou was responsible for launching their builder business partner program that grew from zero builders and zero revenues to 50 builders and $5 million in annual revenue. He has won numerous awards for customer service. This is a testament to his commitment that a new customer becomes a life-long customer.
On the personal side, Lou resides on Kent Island with his wife Suzanne and black lab, Pepper. His interests include sailing, duck hunting and fishing. As a Ravens season ticket holder he asks clients not to hold that against him.
Marion Pagoota, Manager, Employee Care
Marion has been with SI2 since 2008 as Manager of the Employee Care Division where she is responsible for employee benefits, payroll, HR operations which includes training and coaching programs.
During her time here at SI2 she has improved the employee care programs to achieve zero attrition and implemented a training program with almost 100% enrollment.
Prior to SI2, Marion was Director of Recruiting for ManTech where during her six years she was responsible for international recruiting for overseas federal contracts. Prior to ManTech she worked with OnSite Technologies in Columbia, MD as a recruiter. She was responsible for evaluating and recruiting talent into their technical support teams division.
Marion attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland and has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. On the personal side, she resides in Annapolis with her two kids and is actively involved with St. Margaret’s Church in Annapolis.
