From One PC to the Entire Enterprise

A remodeling company based in Towson, MD and do work all over the Mid-Atlantic approached SI2 to assist them initially with desktop support and at their corporate headquarters. In a short period of time, SI2’s role expanded into their virtual IT department taking care of procurement, installation, network management and desktop support across the enterprise.

SI2 established a plan that supported all of their IT needs that included pre-scheduled visits, remote technical support, project management, best practices, IT planning and a remote help desk.   By utilizing the help desk, the company could create tickets, request service, track the status of current tickets and look at their history.  By periodically reviewing the history of service tickets, trends are identified and corrective action is taken.
